My younger brother is 15 for everyone that is asking.
I was able to get her on the phone earlier today, she apologized and begged for forgiveness but I told her we were done and I never wanted to see her again.
For the people saying to beat up my brother, I already explained that I couldn't, he is my step-brother so I can't physically destroy him.

I suggest showing up at your girlfriends house and confronting her face-to-face with the situation. Definitely talk to your brother though, no matter how pissed you may be at him, it is the only way to figure out all of what happened. Honesty is a very big key factor in life.
