It's quality and source of vouches that matters not quantity

Well it's not so much of a leap.

When I read the title of this thread the first thing that came to mind was 'Somebody wants to whip up a few dozen shitty sigs for people who will be banned in 1 month and get some vouches from it.'

A vouch is a symbol of trustworthyness. As no risk has been incurred to the "voucher" in the transaction it cannot be used to judge on a vouch.

You ARE allowed to have "positive comments" about GFX art made for you such as "Thanks to {insert player name} for making me a wonderful {insert what it was here}"

Just avoid phrasing your comment as a "vouch" as such. I personnaly had a collection of "positive comments" when I meddled in a bit of GFX (badly but :D)

First off who ever is saying that the person that made this topic wants to whip a few sigs up and all crappy or whatever your saying your a idiot. Simply because i take time in all my work as you can tell because my work is good. Which it deserves a vouch most of my vouches i have already are from non GFX things im just wondering why this is a rule and should be removed. I understand you will have the few people like that that will make some crap for a vouch but i trust that the community would not go to them anyways.

It looks like you conveniently ignored Mike_The_FireCaper's post. Read over that and I think you'll understand why signatures shouldn't get 'vouches'.

    http://www.sythe.org/showpost.php?p=5050377&postcount=26

tl;dr: Thinking your signatures look pretty doesn't make you trustworthy.

He's trying to gain more vouches from GFX right?

I doubt many people would look at a Singature vouch with any care so that's where that post originates from
