Fyrix Scammed me for $15 in XLM

I sent him XLM, it confirmed, he refuses to pay because he chose to use binance which requires a memo he never specified to send a memo he said MMO whatever that means. Doubtful ill receive payment @Fyrix is a scammer. Wont even pay up oetty change even though I confirmed the payment. Its his fault for using an exchange not mine. If he used a wallwt like a normal person there wouldnt be a problem. Now im out $24 and no one will do anything. I needed that $15 to send my dad a birthday gift since he’s homeless. @Fyrix is a scamming greedy fuck.

 

It isn't, he clearly asked you to add the memo before hand as shown above. We'll wait to see if he receives the payment, if he does - you're entitled to receive the money. If not, this will be closed.

The video needs to meet below requirements:

a) You must appear in the video.

b) Please make sure the video shows your whole login process from the sender platform, website URL, and withdrawal records like transaction ID
or hash and date. if you are using stargazer wallets, nano ledger or any other personal wallets, please show us the wallet address
or public key in addition with Transaction details like Hash or TxID.

and me agreein to verify my binance account to level 2, I doubt I will get the funds.

 

Contact binance's customer service and work things out with them. If you can provide proof to them that you sent that payment they most likely will refund your coins.

That being said Fyrix will not receive your payment as the memo is the only thing identifying him as the receiver (dozens of users use that same address), so this can be closed.
