We cannot ban a user based on their Skype display name. You must show their unique skype address, in addition to proof that they own that address.

Mac users: Copy and paste the ID somewhere to ensure it isn't live:skypeusername as opposed to skypeusername
To view the profile:
Right click either their display name, avatar or name in your contact list. Select "View profile"

2. Right click anywhere on the conversation or scroll up if using a touch-screen device
