I've tried out a few bmws, even tried a mini cooper, the repairs and parts costs on them were ridiculous


Obviously not all will tear up like mine did, I had an M3 for awhile back in high school. it was fun till the head gasket failed. worst part about it is it never even over heated

 

It's premium brand so parts cost a bit

 

330ci maybe.. too scared to get an m3 I can't afford a super nice one and trying my luck on ones in the 100k mile range kinda concern my wallet

 

looks out of my price range... very nice tho

 

ill tell you right now, dont everrrrr get ballsy and buy ANY supercharged bmw, unless its an aftermarket supercharger.

I found out when i had my R53 mini, that when my snout bearing seized inside the casting, that they are hard to come by, and also they didnt stock or re-man the gears inside the superchargers....

Absolutely. And you want to take your k20a2 head and slap it on that k24 block for the best results. but you must use kpro. Ive swapped every honda out there, My favorite being my b20 crx with type r rep pistons.

 

i had an SIR swapped eg coupe awhile back, sold it to get this 8th gen si, i posted a pic of it somewhere in this thread with my mr2. my 8th gen is currently the whale intake, hond data, magnaflow exhaust and megan header, its pretty peppy for what it is.


gonna put it up for sale at the end of summer to put the money towards one of my datsuns though.
