Finn and Matthew

Every time I check on Sythe.org I see Finn active. He seems to do his job well. Also, I just tried out NextGen, so I see Matthew is doing undercover work. Keep up the good work

 

After Sin left, it seemed that most of the admins were inactive/undercover. Then you started doing the things that sin usually did.

Sorry if I don't make sense. I'm currently running out to school.

 

I wasn't inactive during Sin's era, if that's your suggestion.

Sorry guys, I can't be as active as the other admins. They're all doing a great job around the forums.

As far as modding goes, I haven't done much. I browse and fix what I see, but I have been active in all staff related discussions and voicing my opinion on majority of the issues.

 

No..im saying sin was a VERY active admin, and you guys are doing a great job making up for her leaving.

I find it ironic that you give a backhanded compliment.

Being an Administrator of a site isn't about who does the most reports; it's to help the Moderators with their issues & come up with ideas to improve the site & implement new systems that work in the current environment.

Just because Sin666 was all over reports and dealing with scamming matters didn't mean every other Admin was inactive... Just because you don't see everything an Admin does doesn't mean they are "inactive" or "undercover"... You guys have no idea how much time they give up running these forums and dealing with the dumb 13 year old's that get scammed for stupid reason and ignore all stickies; that are POSTED for their safety!

Then you Americans sit there bitching and have a go at Ryan for not being active. I'll give you a clue... TIMEZONES... While your online bitching about Ryan his sleeping from the work he has done while you guys were sleeping!

None of the Moderator or Administrator gets paid for their time, they do it for the community and keep the forums online. Then they have to deal with stupid threads like this are useless and a waste time; as they have to come here and defend their self because your trying to compare them to Sin666 who was "active publicly".

It's kind of pathetic that you are full of praise and then back slap them at the same time.

 

I apologize if my words meant it, but I honestly did not mean that the other admins were inactive. I just meant that we rarely see them. I am aware that most of them are working behind the scenes.

I just meant that Sin was so active, it made the other admins look inactive in comparison. I did not mean the other admins weren't doing anything.

Though the vast majority of what Matthew does seems to be behind the scenes and is technical in nature, he is responsible for many great additions to the site, such as the NextGen skin, the new post icons, and the entire donations system, which I'm sure is nightmarish to administrate.

Good job also to Finn, who seems always to be online. Though I haven't conversed with him, he seems like an intelligent and respectful person, too.
