Favorite Protein?

I think I tried quest when I was in Europe and they didnt sit well with me. Same with a lot of the rest I tired. I can't remember why but they didnt sit well with me, I have only tried one brand here in Australia since I got back from Europe as they were on sale which was the below. Seemed to digest okay and has a fair bit of protein.

 

I think I can relate to the stomach issues based on this bar. Whenever I consume protein in high volumes from shakes and bars solely. Maybe you should focus your protein intake on eggs, chicken, etc.?

I usually just use store-brand protein powder to get my daily dose of protein but if you're referring to actual consumption I usually just eat chicken or drink milk subconsciously even though it doesn't help much

 

I use Muscle Pharm. I love the taste and I always have excellent results!

 

I use something called combat protein powder from combat which is whey based. As an alternative, I'll just puree chicken into some disgusting chicken smoothie concoction and down that.

 

Bulk Nutrients cookies and cream or salty caramel. Or just a fruit/nut mixture I can wizz up in the nutribullet

 

Gold Standard Whey is my favourite, I especially like the banana flavour.
Proteinbars are a waste of money imo

Chiming in with another vote for Gold Standard. The Cookies & Cream one is delicious and the quality is unmatched with any other protein I've had before.

I use two different proteins based on bulking and cutting, for bulking I prefer Gold Standard Gainer, and for cutting, Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 (I suggest this lean protein for anyone cutting, its very clean and it has very substantial amino acid and good ratios per serving).

 

Most protein powders and bars are not healthy by any means. I prefer to eat all of my food from real food protein sources. I alternate daily between fish, chicken breast, and turkey breast.

 

used to buy mutantmass gainer then think it got discontinued,
then swap out between ON mass gainer and whey

 

I stick with a Whey protein isolate/concentrate blend by Nutrabolics.
