Favorite Protein?

What is your favorite brand for Protien powder/bars?

I just stand standard ON for both my bars and powder. I've tried like ghost and other things but I always seem to go back to ON. Just save bang for your buck.

I currently use Rule 1 whey iso. I like it... never used ON though.

 

Never heard of it but i just checked the macros they are pretty good. A lot better than ON. how much is a 75 serving?

 

Bio Whey Protein

 

I use some "BioActive Organic Whey Protein". Not sure that it matters all that much, but I use it because it's 100% protein from a good clean source. No extra shit.

That product has a low amount of protein, only 8 grams per serving. This is what I use GENETIC SUPPLEMENTS BIO WHEY 2KG

 

I like Quest protein bars. They're tasty and provide the protein I need.

 

Yeah I usually double up. Not attached to it. Was given to me by a family member recently, figured I'd give it a shot. Think I'll just go back to gold standard.

 

I've literally never even heard of a protein powder that only contains 8 grams per serving. Most contain 25 grams, the one I use contains 31 grams and it is all organic as well

I double scoop as well, but even if you double scoop that's only 16 grams of protein. You could get 14 grams of protein from eating a lunchable. Seems pointless to me

 

It's part of a recipe that includes 3 raw eggs in my smoothie among other protein containing things. All in all I'd say my shakes have around 50-60g.

Not to mention breakfast eggs and oatmeal. And the amount of chicken I munch.

 

That is a decent protein, it has 25 grams per serving, but is extremely high in sodium and potassium

 

You should look into the link I posted above. It has 31 grams per serving and is all organic. You can buy it in bulk as well which is what I usually do (I buy the 5lb bucket) and it saves money buying it that way

 

There are multiple flavors, and no it doesn't taste chalky at all. I first found this protein powder in the muscle and fitness magazine. Idk if you are a member of that magazine, but it is pretty helpful. I can send you the old ones if you'd like. Most of the coupons are missing from them, but the information is still useful
