once again i will say it. it teaches people murder and such crimes are wrong. and if they commit them, it will be commited on them. people need to know that it isnt allowed and will not be tollerated.

 

no if we had that we would all just start killing each other

 

i don't think so because people would know what would happen to them. and please tell me why we would kill eachother because of this?

that makes no sense whatsoever.

 

I think murder should be punished imeaditley(my spelling blows) by death, but smaller crimes shouldn't be this way.

I really do think that it should be MORE than an eye for an eye because if u torture some one to death your hurting them verry badly.The court system should step up and take charg and kill them ASAP.I say torture them WORSE.Like rip out there eyes and shoot them in the hands and feet then pull there hair out.thats my oppinion on what the court system should do.

No because sometiems they arent always corect.. and no one has the right to kill, killing another person wouldnt help.. plus they would be punished for what they did..
