Profile links for all of your Sythe accounts: SahaGold, while I have had other Sythe accounts in the past, these two accounts were the only ones that held any significance. Between my initial indefinite ban and 2021, there were several occasions when I would be informed that my name was mentioned in the Sythe Discord. I would make random throwaway accounts for the sole purpose of reading the discussions (there were a few times where I did it without being told my name was mentioned as well). I never used those accounts to post or participate in any way, and the accounts would be disposed after reading the discussions.

Report/post/reason that got you banned: In 2017, I received an indefinite ban during the John Devola report after making a series of unwise comments. During the dispute, I made the poor decision to contact John's employer, which ultimately led to Richard's decision to issue the ban stating I was indefinitely blacklisted and Sythe would not act as a DRO for any future disputes.

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: My indefinite ban was not related to scamming rather due to my actions during the John Devola incident. However, it wouldn't be right to say that this alone was Richard's reason to place the indefinite ban. I had a history of causing trouble on the site and making unwise decisions, there was constantly drama around my presence and I was the source of the trouble. Made numerous bad decisions over the course of the year I was active on Sythe. Looking back at my past posts and actions always brings me disappointment as they do not align with the standards I hold for myself today. To Richard and all the staff members that dealt with the foolish behavior, I apologize.

In regards to the John Devola incident, there was no debt owed to John. To provide some context, John decided to part ways with the SahaGold endeavor when we were 50/50 partners. Our initial agreement was that he would provide funding while I managed and operated the business.

It was either 2018 or 2019 when I took the initiative to reach out to John and express the regret I had for my past behavior. I wasn't upset with John for distancing himself from me, the way I composed myself then would have been a red flag for any partner. I would have done the same thing if our roles were reversed. I offered John the full amount of money he had put into Saha as a gesture of goodwill, but he declined. Instead he requested that I donate the money to Sythe's repayment fund, which I promptly did. It was a number around $2,000 that was given to Video to deposit into the fund.

I don't have any receipts of this anymore and couldn't find an archive of it on the website, but Video or John could corroborate this.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Regarding anything I haven't been banned for but want to confess now, the only thing that comes to mind is engaging in blackhat or malicious activities between 2018 and now. However, I am unsure if this would have been included in my ban reason, given the ambiguity in the rule's wording. I want to make it abundantly clear that I have not participated in those activities since 2020, except for one hiccup in 2021. I am a child of the internet, my livelihood and passions are on the internet. The domain of my future endeavors is on the internet, and I am committed to maintaining a strong ethical code and fiercely protecting my reputation. Apart from that it is financially in my best interest to maintain a positive image, I look back and recognize that many of the unfortunate events and the behavior from the past transpired due to being naive and young age. Not writing them off, I do not wish to justify the past but it is undeniable that we learn the hard way when we are young. I was 18 when that indefinite ban was placed on me.

I have learned a great deal from my past mistakes, and while I take full responsibility for them, they do not define me as a person. I'm willing to own up to my mistakes, and I have a track record of admitting my faults and taking corrective action.

Would like to cite one example of a situation where I took accountability and showed a level of responsibility that is not commonly seen in others. In 2020, in a lapse of judgement, I targeted a member and engaged in activities related to blackhat/malicious behavior, which I am ashamed of. I took responsibility and made amends in 2021 by refunding the individual $64,000.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: As my situation is complex and warrants a more formal response rather than a 'chopped' response, this will be or has been addressed in other sections. I'll write on why I believe forgiveness may be appropriate in an addendum located below this form.

Initially I contacted the staff team to inquire about the status of my indefinite ban. The last communication about my situation was in 2018 when Richard stated that the decision would be left up to the staff to make. A few days ago I was informed that the decision regarding the indefinite ban would be made in conjunction with a pardon, and that the staff would not be making a stand-alone decision without a pardon.

While I don't wish to dance around the issue at hand, I don't feel comfortable submitting a pardon request on the form alone. I have decided to address all relevant matters in a formal written statement. I'd like to take this time to express thanks to the staff who will be handling this matter, and thank them in advance for their time.

Where do I begin... Elite Dust. Not a fan of the social stigma behind that name. I'd like to put that name to rest. This isn't just a plea for a pardon, but a genuine expression of my desire to move forward. It bothers me that my behavior here has led to a standing issue with my reputation around these corners, a negative reputation still lingers. Though a part of me believes what happened on this site and how it ended was the wake-up call I needed. Being ostracized from here may have been what prompted me to reflect upon my actions, grow, and become a better person.

My reputation outside of this platform is different from what it is here. After all, I only spent one year on Sythe. Pretty bizzare. There are people who know me beyond the old pseudonym of Elite Dust, individuals who have been in my presence or within the same circles as me and have watched me grow over the last few years. I do believe the roster from about two years ago would have been able to attest. At that time there was a crossover between the Sythe domain and the Staking domain, and I was part of that community. However now there are very few members on the staff team who even know who I am. This makes it extra challenging for me - which is why I ask the staff who are not familiar with me, that will oversee and make a decision on this matter to take a closer look at my actions and growth beyond just my reputation on this platform. The reputation that was established after just one year on this platform, and I sense that it still lingers despite six years having passed.

My past behavior was foolish and that there are consequences to my actions. Again, Not seeking to excuse or justify my mistakes. Take full responsibility for them. Again, people are capable of growth and change, and hope that my actions beyond this platform have shown that. It has been six years since I was last active on Sythe, and hope that the staff can take that into account. I hope the staff can take into account that when I joined Sythe I was coming from a background in hacking, blackhat, and other negative influences. Was pretty young, and my mental framework was primarily shaped by these influences. It took time for me to realize and change my ways, to mold my character and to let go of the past. And again, truly believe that being ostracized from here was the wake-up call needed. It was a pivotal moment for me.

Throughout the years, I've been conflicted about seeking a pardon. In order for me to become who I aspire to be, I need to let the past die. That was my initial approach after my first attempt to get the blacklist removed was denied in 2018, but part of me has always felt uneasy about ending on a bad note here. Ignoring it does me no good, and hoping that it remains buried and never resurfaces only allows it to linger and cause harm in the future. As time passed I started to think that I should try to make amends, but it never felt like the right time. I believe it's time. So with this pardon, I hope that I can finally put the past to rest and move forward.
