He was just temp banned for attempting to trade and then he tries to buy my $30 btc???

I didn't PM him afterwards because I wouldn't want to sell BTC to him and he was already DNT/Temp banned at the time. He's perm banned now so I guess the report can be closed?

Yeah. Spoke with Chloe and banned him for something else.
