Doesn't it seem Sythe is somewhat dead in 2019?

My brother was a mod in early 2013? Now compare the active users from that time compared to now. Nothing against sythe, but I could swear there were more than 200 people on at any given time.
Doesn't mean anything to me, I just wanted to point that out.
