Had a feeling this was going to happen.

Video probably just banned me, i'm assuming, since i was going to have him close a thread and noticed he was looking at IDB's report against me.

I can't really type a dispute because my ban is for bullshit.

You banned me without proof, video. I find it highly coincidental the person to ban me has IDB in his profile.

There is no evidence against me aside from a mobile ip given to me by at&t which djweasel and myself also share, doesn't mean i'm evading as anyone. I'm on my home IP for the majority of the time, if you want to compare that please post my IP in this dispute compared to other users to show me who i'm evading as.

Also, i'm requesting other users who don't have idb in their profile to take a look at this shit.

You're definitely "angelic666" and the IP audit on that account is plenty to confirm that you are a ban evader. I'll leave this open for another mod to take a look at though so as to avoid bias

Alright, now that i've had some time to cool down since my last "dispute"..

So, i was banned for "mass evasion" due to my ip's apparently matching other people's? Alright, well that's false. If any of my ip's match it's only the public ip, not my home.

Did anyone even check my home ip? - .65

Quite often people are posting from public places (universities, coffeeshops, and cellphones) and this may cause two unrelated users to be linked in this table. This search only gives you a rough idea that accounts might be linked, it is by no means definitive.

Well, i'm certainly not posting in a coffeeshop but i do leave me house on occasion.

Well thats a lie, djweasel and piramid share the same public ip as me, they weren't banned.

So, i obviously wasn't banned from an ip check because this is my first time here. I was banned because of join dates?

ps - i have to work in a few, if i decide to reply more my ip will be PUBLIC

Bumping for justice.

I'm a bit upset that I'm still banned, especially for the reason.

I spent some time looking for possible reasons that would justify a ban and surprisingly, was unable to find one for coincidences.

The feedback I've been given from the members I've spoken to has been a bit troubling. It's been brought to my attention that I'm going to remain banned until evidence can be found against me to prove my ban is justified, this is outrageous.

As my ban has no actual evidence, I'm requesting an unban until some can be found - refer to my above post for information regarding the lack (no) evidence against me. I'm asking my home IP (above - .65) be checked and not the .160 (AT&T public 4G).

I find it a bit suspicious I'm banned for a mobile ip that i also share with a moderator (djweasel) and another popular member (piramid), yet they're not banned either.

I have committed no offenses during my time here, actually, i see myself as an honorable member (despite my recent rage against tpm).

I'm very active within the community, my posts are sincere and thoughtful, not random bullshit spam. I'm one of the first members to provide advice in personal support and persist with the topic until the poster is satisfied. I try to participate in community events that I'm able to comprehend and am willing to help in any way possible.

I find it unfair I'm forced to remain banned while people try to find proof to ban me. Reports have been made against me in the past in which my home ip was searched and cleared, now, I'm literally banned for coincidences..

Thanks to the staff that have been trying to help me, i do appreciate you taking the time to discuss all of this with me off-site.

Again, there are clear ties between angelic666 and you, and there are clear ties between angelic666 and several banned users. There are non-proxy non-mobile IP matches on those accounts too

First off, I'm sorry about getting angry and I would like to have the title changed to "Boxur227's Dispute" if possible. I would really like to be let back on sythe.org because I have done nothing wrong and I have been banned on assumptions. I thought users were innocent until proven guilty, which I have not.

I have been given the same response to my questions and yet, no evidence aside from a series of coincidences. The entire case against me is made upon a public AT&T cellular IP address which other users also share, not my home ip.

The match you have is a cell phone IP, which we find to match users all the time, hell, Djweasel is a match to him under the same IP.

As far as I'm concerned he can be unbanned, but I'll leave it to Video to produce further evidence as I find it hard to believe this IP match is all he has.

I agree with you Corey. I would like to see more evidence presented in this case.

I was going to let Video have further input, however hes not been on today and I don't want to leave the guy wrongfully banned for too long.

I'm going to unban him, and Video if you disagree with this please contact me and we can sort it out. I'm very confident in this ruling, otherwise I wouldn't overturn your ban.
