Dnt Dispute mrsmutje

hello dear sythe mods,
I am not sure whether this section is the right one but I found no other section to put this in.
So I got dnted by video because there is an unresolved situation between me and sythe member purmerender.
For the whole story see this thread where video and charlotte also posted:

Now my problem is that I cannot reply to the thread and the system says I am not allowed to pm video or charlotte. Therefore I post on this thread here to ask for advice.

So this is the message I wanted to send to video and it also contains my question and problem related to the situation I was dnted for.

You dnted me in the case where protector and purmerender were also involved.

First of all thank you for also trying to clarify this situation.

Second, how am I supposed to handle this situation? Purmerender assured me that he tried to recover it like 10 times and even twittered jagex without any success. So it is very very unlikely that he will get this account unlocked again.

Therefore there is no point in not recovering my guild wars account as purmerender clearly stated that he won't give it back and he was even threatening me that he will come and beat me/kill me. He said he gives a shit about sythe and that we are all scammers and whatever. As you can already see this guy is not very cooperative.

Therefore there is only one solution for me and that is getting my guild wars account back. Protector got already refunded and now only I need my gw account back as purmerender clearly said that he will never give it back voluntarily.

Additionally it is his fault, as he clearly stated in the beginning of the trade hat he is the original owner and in Any case he can recover it when there are problems.

But now it seems more like he is not the original owner as he is not able to recover the account.

Therefore no one of protector or me is scamming or whatever he tried to accuse us of. I just want the gw accoint back and avoid this person for the rest of my life as he is threatening me from the beginning.


If you need any screenshot of what he said and all this threats where he says he comes to me to Kill me and that he found out where I live and all these things, feel free to ask for it.


But for now I just want it to be resolved.

I would be very happy to gain some insight on how I should handle this situation other than just recovering my guild wars account.
And how I can get my dnt status resolved.

So I got dnt'ed by video because of an unsolved situation ( in this thread here: Harassment by Protector and Mrsmutje )
I made an initial dispute thread here to which I cannot reply anymore as I am dnt'ed. video suggested that I open this thread here and post evidence that the appeals got denied and that purmerender is not replying anymore. ( Dnt Dispute mrsmutje )

The situation briefly explained:

• I swapped my Guild Wars 2 Account for purmerender's Runescape account (he assured me that he is the original owner and can in any case recover the account if problems occur)
• Later I sold the Runescape account to Protector
• After a short time the account got locked by Jagex as it was suspect to being hacked
• Protector and I asked purmerender to recover the account as he promised to do if problems occur
• He tried several times without success (therefore we are assuming he is not the original owner as he promised in the beginning)
• I paid back Protector as the account was locked
• I recovered my own Guild Wars 2 account as purmerender did not keep his promise to recover the account and he did not even have the basic information that is needed from an original owner

As it seems that purmerender is not the original owner and not capable of recovering the account (as he tried several times) I see no reason to give him back my Guild Wars 2 Account as he was lying to me when saying he is the orignal owner and that he has ALL the information needed for recovery.

Therefore I would appreciate my dnt status being removed as I am clearly no scammer. I have done many transactions on sythe with even bigger volumes without any problems at all.

* I wrote to him in german but in the last message I told him I got back the Guild Wars account and that I give it back to him when he successfully recovers his runescape account.
