    RuneMarket DNT dispute

    Link to/reason for DNT: User reported that account I sold got recovered.
    List of vouches since receiving DNT: (Please note: It's advisable to present vouches where the other party went first in the deal and where the deal was for a considerable sum, the more of these - the better). None
    Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to DNT: I got PM on discord from my customer that account I sold got recovered (March 29th).
    After that I contacted original owner of the account, he responded that he didn't recover the account, I said it probably got hacked somehow and asked him to recover account back to me. This will took few attempts because he had to remember all old passwords etc and it took few days.
    During that time we took Video as middleman who took my $150 as a deposit while I get back account so customer can be sure I am not exitscamming or something.
    April 3rd I got message from Video stating that he gave me DNT until this case is resolved.
    April 6th Original owner successfully recovered the account for me and I contacted my buyer that I can give him account back and take back my $200 deposit from Video, but buyer stated he doesn't want the account anymore and wants refund. We agreed with him that I will pay my deposit to him and I will send him additional $400 when I will resell account for another buyer.
    During that time Video was away and we waited for him to respond to remove my DNT and I can resell the account but apparently Video replied:

    Since that reply I wasn't really happy with decision but April 23rd he got full refund of what he paid ($450) so my DNT can be removed.

    Previous TWC & disputes if applicable: Had 1month TWC like half year ago, reason: outsourcing osrs services without informing customer.
    Anything else you wish to say: I understand Video is busy and can't work on all cases so I want any staff to look into this case and resolve it because I need to continue working with this community, any screenshots of payments or conversations can be sent, if you need anything let me know in my discord: marciakas#2182 UID: 370716288797900810
