Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: As I remember it a customer was trying to take advantage of us after completing his order successfully by reporting us on sythe, admins of sythe were nice enough to recognize this, but our customer support displayed bad behavior, so that's why we got the 30 days TWC. We don't disagree with the decision, we accepted it, and we improved our customer support since.
