Dispute TWC/DNT - Requesting Richard's intervention

Link to/reason for TWC: video/corrupt staff
List of vouches since receiving TWC: 3
Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: I'll just kickoff that most of my customers are high tiers, and ALL of them left positive feedback since I started doing a side-job/pocket money on Sythe: lebgh0st's vouches - Pirate is contradicting himself and turning it into a debt instead of a refund, and he ruled FOR A REFUND not TO PAY A DEBT.

Previous TWC & disputes if applicable:

1. lebgh0st appeal
2. Dispute -- On behalf of lebgh0st - biased final ruling video with insta-no because I made the post public and he couldn't resist holding himself from locking and changing the title in RAS, when video says "we" he means himself alone, excuse me for the language.
   
3. TWC + Refund Percentage Dispute - Pirate took it as opportunity not to reply when I asked him previously to ban me, so he didn't bother himself explaining and instead he took down the hammer and banned me and locked the thread.
   
4. DNT Removal - site manipulation
   
5. lebgh0st request pardon for DNT - Ruling was private

Anything else you wish to say: @Sythe I believe you are wise when it comes to ruling, and you have a technical background, I was ruled to refund a 50% (@Pirate saw a rainbow and threw a random number) and video took it as an opportunity to show his gratitude, and ruled against my favor.



I believe the voting against my DNT pardon was to keep me away from the market, trust me, when @video ruled again and said that the ruling is final, it was paid in less than 4 hours, and just to show that I don't care whatever he says and that money is just a number (feel free to check the timestamps), if you feel that you want to keep me away from the market, that's fine, I can post all of the source code for all of my projects and that way you can ensure that no one cares apart from @video & of course @Pirate


P.S: I'm not asking @video 's opinion and I'm asking @Sythe /Richard's intervention

I would like to mention the following:

1. It was a refund not a debt because I've never scammed anyone, but instead I was given a DNT/TWC just so people get aware of the situation.
2. The whole massacre is because I didn't do a 3rd design for free.
3. The same happened when I refused to do @Mots a free design and the report was discarded, a free job doesn't mean an obligatory job, there are no rules that force me to do so, and at the end he had to pay for the new design - Resolved .
4. Most of the staff team cannot differentiate between personal interest and conflict of interests.
5. @video & @Pirate need some medical attention for sure as they have anger management issues, the rest of the team is fine at some point, can have some exceptions.

Pardon decisions are final and not appealable. You can contact Richard and ask him for his opinion, but I can't recall the last time he got involved with a scam report, let alone one that already failed a pardon vote.

I would encourage you to just pardon again in 3 months.
