[denied] Replace "Vouch" with "Review"

Should be used, but i dont think many people are going to be searching up every individual they might want to do trades with
Especially when you're contacting 3-10 people at once to get something done / see their quotes

A review / feedback system would be an easy way to see the average rep of a seller and if they've had any recent incidents


Edit: The vouching system seems outdated overall and just acts as a sub 4 sub or like 4 like thread since no negative feedback can be placed there
