[DENIED] Recent ban-Learned Sythe needs changed

Shouldn't be a issue with providing ID its pretty much mandatory unless you have decent rep, I'm sure Sythe are only asking for a picture showing your name, address with a picture no more than that and allow you to block out sensitive information.
