[Denied]Ironman Service Refund Ruling

Besides take in mind Sythe is not all powerful with godly powers which decides ALL the rules (maybe idk that so who knows) at all cases a lot of account services works in different websites SO thinking in that we gonna change the rules of ALL WEBSITES? is kinda impossible if we think about it.

 

Same argument could be used for the current ruling of x4 bank multiplier? If something goes wrong, it's up to you to fix it as a service provider.

 

Speaking specifically about Sythe's ruling.

 

Still if the rules changes here , they might move to another website or create one if the sellers don't have a good situation with rules

 

There must to be a balance that benefits the sellers and the same time buyers , if not the system might collapse. This type of things can take months to do even years if it is so delicate.

 

Just don't buy services if you don't want to take the risk on your side. Since it's against the rules.

It's the same thing when you buy GP, you know there's a risk of you getting banned for RWT but what if you do get banned? Will you go ask your money back to the guy who sold you the money?

 

That's on them. If they want to do that and take a ban, go ahead. The average runescape player (personal experience) uses Sythe for account services/rwt. I don't know any other sites personally, and wouldn't trust any other site besides Sythe.

 

That has nothing to do with my suggestion. Being banned for account services, which I doubt Jagex track, will not affect this situation, and I would assume the service provider would not be held liable.

Again, this entire suggestion would come into place AFTER the service provider has been held liable.

 

FYI Jagex does ban people that receive services on their account.

Sorry, but the current ruling is just a number slapped on the bank, which is then multiplied. Any person with a brain could see that. Any person with a brain would also calculate a quote based on what was lost as they would most likely use a service to rebuild the account.

You shouldn't comment without reading the full post as you don't seem to be the sharpest tool in the shed.

Well everyone keeps forgetting about what the initial suggestion was and goes completely off track as you could see with what Dario said about not buying services and rwt.

 

This will never reach a solution dude , propose this again in 84 years when the new goverment of Sythe Jr occurs and take the throne of Sythe.

 

What I meant when I said that was:

Buying services brings risks, so does buying GP. Which cannot be service providers handling all the risks associated to it.

 

The customer has the risk of the account being permanently banned?

 

Yeah he's taking the risk of getting an outsource way to progress in the game.

 

Also potentially risking the thousands of dollars spent progressing the account via services.
