[Denied]Harsher punishment for continued TWC

30 days is a pretty long time.

 

The punishments are certainly easy for users to currently not learn from their mistakes I personally believe something like a baseball rule of 3 strikes your out is where the stance on twc should be . If users are constantly commiting bad trading practices and endangering users of sythe they should be punished. For example first twc; standard 30 day then maybe implement something like if they get another twc it’s a 2 month ban and after they lose twc they are required to
Possibly do something like; use a middleman for all trades for a set duration of time. Then after all those
Mistakes if they mess up
Again.. they clearly shouldn’t belong on this
Marketplace

 

When users are placed in it more than let’s say 2-3 times I think it’s clear they aren’t willing to follow the guidelines of rules we have in place, 30 days with a rank can be a long time yes and with some 30 days of ban can be too.

I'll admit yes, you have been stupid and yours was simply just a guideline to reference what I am going into, not to specifically have you yourself punished. You are saying that you take responsibility for the actions yes that's correct, but you do not learn from your mistake or it wouldn't keep happening.

If you play chicken with a car, that car runs you over and you limp off.. Do you continue doing it a day or two later? (or in your case 30) of course not. Your donor rank doesn't mean you are going to get more work, people are not more inclined to use you over someone else based on "donation status" is what i'm referring to though.

Each time you receive a trade with caution, your rank goes up, why? It just makes you look like you are trying to buy rights to your mistakes.

By all means though, talking about discord I have been very transparent with you on there too, you know aht I think. And your customers are not always satisfied, otherwise they wouldn't have to report you for failing to refund, blackmailing them and such.

 

Any twc remains 30 days at a minimum, it is not a guarantee it will be removed after 30 days and we do take into consideration previous twc's a user has received. There doesn't need to be a change to the current system
