[Denied] Bring back public voting on DNT removals

The main reason that I don't support this suggestion is that a lot of information is not publicly available (and for a good reason).
To be clear, staff members don't just state "support / no support" on most pardon requests, but elaborate on their decisions and this would be hard to do without leaking any sensitive information.
Furthermore when sythe user requests a pardon, staff is looking for a certain indicators to evaluate whether he/she is a threat to the market. Revealing our thought process would be counterproductive.
Also there's a lot of sketchy members and I'm sure that staff would prefer less threats than more.
Finally, almost everyone who deserves it (and a few people who don't) will eventually get pardoned.

DNT is a more severe version of the TWC rank and comes with market and PM restrictions.
The following argument: "It works for TWC it should work for DNT" is not necessarily true and in my opinion isn't.
