[DENIED] Max Ban/Auto DnT

There should be a maximum ban amount someone should be able to get, after which they are automatically moved by the system to DnT.

If staff want to ban them again thereafter, I guess they can have something similar to a parole system, and then re-ban for another 2 years. I think this makes a lot more sense, because staff members do not see the gravity of a permanent ban. All that will happen is they'll be flooded with pardons, and ban evaders as a result of permanent bans. The DnT system was initially supposed to be a solution to banning community members and only prevent them from trading for the safety of others. If someone is such a piece of shit that they don't even deserve DnT, such as @Gun then just re-ban them every 2 years but at least let the system automatically bring people back so they have some hope, and maybe they'll change. The worst it will do is save staff some time.

I have one question friend, if system like this occur, user like Gun will be able to run havok here still if not ban, I feel defeat purpose of keeping user like him away. I agree for some scenario but not all user. Gun was ban temp few time from dox, spam, child stupidity. I feel after that many time, perm ban should apply and must pardon, very severe case will be unban after so many ban and repeat behavior to show user is danger to community. I do not know all of what DnT can or can not do, if user can still post, I feel defeat purpose of keep them away to protect community and ban is fitting.
If I am wrong friend, is okay, please tell me where to find what DnT user can or can not do on Sythe
Edit: what is difference to ban and DnT, ban user can not do anything, or log in I think. DnT user can still log in and do some other stuff or no?

 

He would still in this scenario be banned for at least 2 years, and then a staff member can ban him again. You do realize right now Gun is most likely ban evading, and will continue to do what he was doing if he wanted? At least this way he has some incentive not to do that to avoid being re-banned immediately after 2 years.

We could possibly further restrict DnT to avoid them from harming the community.

 

Yes this I agree to then, support. I feel reason gun or other user abuse and break rule is knowing it only is temporary 30 day, and again. To stop stupidity like @Gun , after 2nd offence of malicious activity, ban user perm or 1-2 year to stop user from want to do malicious activity (update to Sythe rules) he think just slap on wrist and come back if plan to be inactive anyway but hurt other in process, I feel is abuse to system and should see more punishment
