defamation/scam attempt & more!

So I am not going to entertain the person/people involved and like to get involved by tagging people but what I am going to do is continue my crusade of cleansing the forums of lies.

With that being said, I am going to touch base with many things including the outstanding of the thread title.

So here are some pictures of the so called scamming, and you may be like OMG BUT HE REFUNDED YOU DIDN'T HE? Not the point.

When you fake being hacked, and then think you're immune to refunding that's just bullshit lmao.



As you can see here, he claimed we could/would hold a giveaway for $150 of which I would be handling and he would be paying me in OSBot store credit, despite me not needing it I agreed to it as it helps engage the community to get involved none the less - Being a good member and all.

What happened with this though, he wanted different terms where he would pick the winners and several other things, to my knowing it could of been rigged (as he also entered if not mistaken) and shortly after when I was booking users who won in, he took the funds from my account and I then had to explain to the customers of which won that they could not receive their wins because of this.

Not only that, but as mentioned yes he tried to say he was "hacked" yet somehow got his Skype back almost straight away - If there was a hacker, not being funny they would of put up more of a fight.



As you can see, I offered to WAIT despite being scammed by "his hacker" which as someone who never releases funds to people as "borrowing" this was a complete kick in the teeth yet I did not report it, because both respect for the community not seeing it and the fact he claimed it was a hacker so would in the end refund me despite trying not to take responsibility.

Now here comes some other points, i'll include the bits of his staff scamming at the bottom -

As below includes doxing information, I thought i'd share this to explain further.



Please if I am "doxing" as claimed, provide me where I have published any information regarding the person in question. I have yet to do so other than what was sent to Sythe staff, whilst being edited (the name was edited/cropped to avoid the name being shown), the rest you have done on your own accord by releasing things that aren't fully the truth and such placing it irrelevant.

So it has came to no surprise that he is a known scammer already, but it doesn't even stop there what a surprise! @John Devola has had the same issue, along with many others going along the lines of history.

So he is reporting people such as myself for "doxing" him, when he has his information out in the air due to being friends with people already (which included me) so it's not actually doxing if the person has specifically made you a friend of his, in result you can see their information.



As you can see in this picture, he claimed "wrong convo" this would mean he would have had to specifically go into the backend panel on the admin/owner side to pull up all his information including the address like he has there, the same applies to billing information - he in fact shared this, I have not shared anything to the public, so it's not doxing.

The fact you have gone to the point of saying I have "doxed you over facebook" would mean I would have to know information I yet to know such as your name, other people's names and such, instead you had me as a neutral friend (a friend on his friends list, meaning I can see everything he has said/done on there since the beginning of time) of such cannot really be ruled as doxing, whilst you releasing people's information as shown above is actually doxing - It's not your information, or information for you to disclose to the public if you feel you want to.

So in such cases like this - I called maldesto out for scamming and he gave me a perm ban I can understand "he shit talked you calling you a scammer" which isn't false, you are so you banned him and deleted his comment like you do with anything you disagree with just because you have a shiny rank.

Now then, your original warning was sparked via this comment - The comment was related to the recent bans that Jagex have done even incorrectly which does happen and doesn't really phase me as I only lost like 30-50M in clue scroll loot and such,



This comment then made you follow up with that I bot my services and such, that itself is deformation of my service and my character.



You slandered my name, my business claiming I bot on multiple accounts and such for no apparent justified reason, you was then told that I do not bot and the way you spoke about me was just plain stupid, you then followed that up with a warning because yeah it matters of the status of the user if they are going to possibly bring you in money unlike me, someone who doesn't buy things on the website anymore.



I have said this elsewhere, since when was my IP and the actions I do on my IP anything to do with you? it doesn't matter if i'm slinging bills or trills daily, you have no reason to warn me based on your rude unjustified comment about my business because you felt "i was giving him advice" which I in fact did not offer advice or anything near that, instead my own experience with the recent banning methods.



So I was probably botting eh?

The last account I botted was so long ago it's hard to remember, and that was because I was testing my luck with my mules to level them by bot instead of hand so I could make money off them and not just have them sitting there idle. So this being said, your claim was false, and so was your original ruling on my comment claiming that it was justified just because it potentially costs you money in your eyes which isn't true at all as it's related to real world trade banning not bot banning.

I have similar accounts of which were going to be used to hold certain items too, and be made into small mains etc for extra resources because you know i'm such a big bot fan that I had to see that happen too, and nah they are not banned! WOW! I know shocking.

Now comes to the next part, and before I say about this I am going to explain what doxing is for you, doxing is searching and releasing information of someone who wishes not to have it done and such. People such as @Gucci as I previously mentioned, know of my name of all of my stuff as i'll show -

So as you can tell by the gucci thing, I cannot claim he "doxed me" because my information was public to him (he was in a runescape trading group I used to run, and in fact used to advertise OSBot all the time in it and explain people should use the site>facebook)

Now then, we can go to the next part I guess, this is the rough involvement of people that they deal with and claim that the "users are being handled" all the time which they are not. In fact @OSRS BUTLERS confirmed he was essentially paying the staff off to keep him unbanned with "presents"

You're telling us you're not shady, maybe you want to speak with OSRS your best friend and all, who in fact stated that you was pocketing his deposits/present money with Decode on board with it too in order to keep him on the forums.



So you're admitting here "Decode" is a scammer? LOL, thanks bro thanks. Bashing people isn't completely true, and i'm not a moron for confirming the truth - The users of the forums are your main source of income on a website, if you're banning them all for breathing and allowing your staff members to scam them then it doesn't really work too well.

A lot like when I joined Dreambot, you asked me to get rid of my verified middleman rank there as it's "bad for business if I have the title on other websites" which I was fine with, but in fact it was completely dishonest of you and not the truth at all.

You then did the same with RSPeer! Your jealousy is honestly amazing, really amazing. You seem to think you're in control of everything and everyone, because you're a very lonely little fragile man.



Now just a bit extra, as I wanted to take a few days/week break from the forums to sort my head out as I was feeling a bit depressed with personal issues etc and didn't want to keep logging on the forums to annoy myself further, you told me you would strip all my ranks including my DONATION rank lmfao... Which is scamming.

all in all, you still don't understand you are very much wrong, you owe me for my donation rank after you have now completely removed my account/my donation from the system (meaning my account is no longer registered/found or anything, instead fully deleted from any system or knowing of OSBot) so you also owe me $100 + the problems you caused deforming my name and business.
