Reporting Maldesto / OSBot.org / Meire & Brito Automation BV: Leaking personal information

Abstract

This report will prove Maldesto (Admin of OSBot.org) is a liar, doxer, and releases personal information of those who use his website to other people. In addition, I will be seeking damages / reporting OSBot.org itself and its parent company Meire & Brito Automation BV for breaking their TOS and the laws to which they adhere to in their TOS. Their gross negligence has let their admins run amok and use their power to release personal information of those on OSBot.org

Background

This all started with Maldesto sending me a PM on Sythe.org with my personal information in it. PM is in this report Report on Maldesto in which he is currently serving a 1 month ban. This perplexed me. I never ever gave Maldesto any personal information on me. How could he know my name? Have my personal information?

Well thanks to @Seraphic I know exactly how.

When you pay with Paypal on their website, certain information is recorded. Their use of the IPB4 forums gives this information when recording data about a purchase using Paypal (which I used as a payment method). As I am sure we can all see, this is some pretty personal information.

How do I know this isnt an isolated incident?

Luckily, Maldesto is even more retarded than even I could have foreseen. When I confronted him that he leaks personal information about users. This is how he responded.

Interesting right? So we know now that Maldesto uses the admin control panel to look up peoples personal data, uses that info to get additional data on them, and that he is sharing this data with other people as I quote, "Ooops... wrong convo".

Wonder how he got my personal information. hmmmmm....... Wonder how many people he has done this 2 before.

Now, as a fully PAID employee of Meire & Brito Automation BV, according to Sythe rules and general sense. They are responsible for any damages incurred (whether it be monetary or otherwise) by their employees (as I would be with SahaGold.com).

Now was any of this data used to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks? Doesnt seem like it was in my opinion. He used my data to gather more information on me (as can be seen in my last report on him, link above). In addition, the TOS states that information will be treated securly according to "Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens. "

What does this act do? Well if you look down at the Rights and Duties section

• The Wbp gives the citizen certain rights , such as the right to know what happens to his personal data. The citizen may at any time inspect his data - for payment in accordance with the Wbp Compensation Decision - and may also request, among other things, correction of his data and objection to the processing of his personal data. "such as the right to know what happens to his personal data". I wasn't aware my data was being used to look me up on Google, I'm sure that other user wasnt aware either. Its not stated in #4 of their TOS, and sure as aint stated their going to share it with other people. I'll quote again from the past screenshot.... "WOOPS, WRONG CONVO".

Conclusion

We all know Maldesto is a scum bag. That much is pretty apparent from this report. He mis-handles user-data. He uses it for his own tools to threaten people (myself). He shares it with others (oops.. wrong convo).

Maldesto should be held responsible, as well as OSBot.org and their parent company for putting users data into the public, sharing it with others, and using it as a tool to threaten and harass.

I am asking that

• Maldesto be permanently banned for using his power as Admin to threaten, release, and use personal information of users as a tool to retaliate and threaten them
  
  
• All threads started and relating to OSBot.org be locked and closed immediately. This site is NOT safe, period. If we dont allow RSPS's here that have viruses on their site as their client link, why should we allow our users to sign up for a site that uses their data for malicious purposes and releases it to others.
