Macroevolution can be observed indirectly.

There is, presumably, testimony from hundreds of thousands of bankers all over the world that $2.5 billion exists. There is also the testimony of dozens of government officials who deal with the government's finances. Such unanimous testimony for such an ordinary thing means that it is reasonable to believe in the existence of $2.5 billion.

Faith is a belief that is unjustified by the evidence, or one that flies directly against evidence. Trusting that a chair will not collapse when you sit on it does not mean that you have faith, for the vast majority of chairs do not collapse when sat upon. Believing in something for which there is no evidence (an American flag on Pluto), or believing in something against the evidence (the sun is really cold) is what you would call faith.

Here is something for you religous freaks to think about....

If somebody did say that they are jesus and was here for the second coming. Would you believe him? If he said that the world will end tomorrow because of the Apocalypse.. Will you tell everyone you know because you believe it? Or will you ignore him and continue along with your life? If god does reveal himself to you, how would you know its really him, and would you really believe it's him?
Lets say I did some special effects to "magically" appear in your house. And told you I was god, would you believe me?

So, if god is real, and jesus will come for the "second coming." I think people will just kill him again. And who knows, maybe he is already here....

Religion = Faith
Science = Facts

Deal with it..

Btw, evolution did happen, there is more then enough proof.
God, its only a priest/pope/christian/etc..etc.. telling you there is a god.


Now for shredder, you said you'd give $5,000 to the person who proves god's existance. Whoever gets that $5,000, will be the most hypocrittical person in the world, even the people who try are failures....
