Report/post/reason that got you banned: Sound bought an account from me and it was locked 34 or so days after purchase. I did not verify he read my ToS which state 30 days maximum for refunds. After a conversation with Zora I unhappily refunded Sound given a few extra days of being unable to fix his purchase. During my private discussions with Zora, it came out that some recent changes I made to my account creation methods no longer made me OO as I advertised. A while ago, I had a handful of customers who claimed to have been banned as far back as 5 months, and so in fear of future chain ban issues. I stopped making accounts on my home IP and started making them on Proxy/VPNns. Then I decided since the workers are already being passed the proxy/IP to log on to and train with. It was no different than having them just make it on the proxy for me as well to save myself the time. I did not update my ToS, and I have been explained why this no longer makes me OO. Sound actually was able to recover the account weeks later with the information I provided, and returned the money I had refunded him since a refund was no longer necessary. He has also got 2 of his friends to buy accounts from me recently because he trusts me and my workers.

Ember was the only person I could get to explain why they voted no on my last pardon. One of her reasons was that she did not like my ToS even after the changes I ran through Zora during my dispute before my initial DNT was applied. So, I chose to talk with her about a month ago to further expand on my Terms of Service to better align with her expectations. Thank you so much for working with me Ember. Zora too has been a huge help with questions and assistance but he told me he voted yes to my last pardon so there were no other improvements that I could make to my business.

My updated Terms of Service are as follows

(2) I am NOT the OO (original owner) of the accounts I sell.
My workers create the accounts on proxys/vpn's to avoid chain ban issues which makes them the original owner. I do take full responsibility for my workers. After 30 days the creation IP address can no longer be easily accessed to submit recovery requests. Nobody else has had access to the information besides me and the worker/s who created it.

(3) I have recovery responsibility for 30 days after purchase. After which I do not take any recovery responsibility. The VPN and Proxy services we use to avoid chain-ban issues cannot be easily re-accessed to submit the appeals. I will absolutely still attempt to the best of my abilities to help you if you have issues such as being locked out from a quashed ban, but I will not refund or replace accounts after 30 days of purchase if I am unable to fix it.

(8) Include this phrase to let me know you have read my Terms of Service (TOS) completely. "I have read and agree to the ToS listed on your sythe thread. I understand my purchase comes with a 30 day warranty, and that your workers are OO because they create the accounts on Proxy/VPN ip's. Which makes it difficult to unlock or recover over time. I would like to buy (account ID) using (Payment method)"


I also believe I should be forgiven for a few other smaller reasons.

* I have not had any scam reports opened up against me since my DNT was placed. Thats not to say I have not still been doing a significant amount of business, I just havent had any other issues with customers that required a scam report.

* I have increased my activity on the forums and discord.

* Sound, the person who made the report that ultimately got me DNT'd. Does not believe I am untrustworthy or deserving of the DNT rank.

* Unlike many other sellers, I do not have my own website, or private discord server. Before I was given a DNT I was used as an example of how other account vendors should behave on Sythe in terms of advertising. I plan to once again make my sythe thread its own standalone "website" where my entire inventory will be listed with prices and photos nicely and neatly. I would like to once again be that example other people use to show how to sell accounts on Sythe.
