Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: I failed to update my ToS to match the changes I made to my production line. The customer waited 30 days to ask me about the recovery information which I provided contradicting my own ToS. A dispute was opened when I refused to refund 30 days after sale over the issue and Zulu ruled in his favor. I refunded immediately, and changed my ToS to be compliant with how I was now making accounts. No investigation was needed as I was open and honest about the error that was made, and corrective actions were taken to prevent any future issues. The only reason a dispute was even opened was because the customers sale was 30 days old already and I wanted a 2nd opinion on the issue. I did not hide anything.

Anything else you wish to say: I am very sorry. I have updated my ToS and have been in good standing since the incident 6 months ago. Please forgive my mistake.
