I am now offering a service to verify unverified paypals for only 3 dollars! These accounts will be verified via bank and my method is legal.
My paypal have been verified for quite a while now and it will only take 3-5 days to complete the process.
You will have to go first unless I deem you trusted or we can use OMM, you pay fees.

Instead of going through all this hassle somone could just make a canadien premier account that starts with a spending limit of 3500-4000$ dollars and doesnt need to be verified.
