Verifying your PayPal in return for a pin ^^

[Lil' Rain]

Making your PayPal "bankfunded", and thus verified. This only applies to some countries, please contact me on MSN to check if you meet the requirements.

Takes 3-4 days (PayPal sends 2 small amounts to the bank account which are used to confirm if the bank account is real). You pay up front, we can use an OMM to which I will explain my method as a confirmation if you please this;;; I will not leak my method so don't even try, OMM only!

Post here and send me a PM with your MSN add.

Whos bank accounts are these? im interested but i don't wanna get fucked for fraud lol

[Lil' Rain]

They get confirmed via Virtual Credit Cards. People charge $8 USD - $10 USD for these on the internets, but I get them for as cheap as a pin no fraud, just verified
