    Can someone answer this question please!
    Im new to paypal and i was told that people can get their money back!

    How can i prevent the person who sends the money from stealing their money back?

    I heard i got to claim the money then they got to cancel? is that true?

    Can someone answer this question please!
    make sure they're bank funded & confirmed address'd. So if they do chargeback you have their address + name to press charges. Scares a few scammers. And also make sure they aren't Credit Card or Debit Card funded. Make sure they aren't stolen paypals too.
