Claim and cancel method

I have a few questions about this.. so the claim and cancel method for paypal is if I'm the seller and the buyer sends the money they then make a claim to get the money back and then cancel the claim. After they cancel the claim they can't get the money back and they can't file a new claim for that money sent anymore correct? Please help me out here.

Correct, It says you have already made a recent dispute for this, but I'm pretty sure then buyer has a chance of still receiving his money back. Watch who your trading with because Paypal isn't the safest way to send/receive payments.

 

Ok thanks.. How is it unsafe if they can't claim it back if you do the claim and cancel method though? I just have to make sure it's no a cc account but a bank account paypal account... if that makes sense

 

They simply call PayPal, or their bank and say "This was an unauthorized transaction". PayPal will then ask the person who received the money to send proof of a shipment (which you can't provide). PayPal then sides with them and you're at fault. >_<

 

remember do not trading CC fund..

There are 2 types of claims:

Item Dispute or No Authorization


- Only item dispute can be claimed and cancelled.

- No Authorization cannot be closed, and they have at least 90% chance of getting the money back.
