Not only of Africans, people are taking advantages of others all over the world... For example, look at the thing you are typing with right now, there is a big chance your keyboard is made in an asian country by cheap labour. Or your orange juice you drink every morning, also a big chance those oranges were picked by Mexicans for slave wages.
But they are not taking advantage of them because they aren't white, it's because they are poor. Poor people will do more for less, because if they don't, they will stay poor.
