Bring back Bounties with specific rules

Well here I am . I don't think just getting rid of something is the way to go about doing, but I agree some rules need to be written up. Feel free to offer your support on bringing bounties back and I'll also be adding rule suggestions to OP.

I'd support this. It's a pretty fun/interesting concept and as long as the right, rigid rules were in place, I think incidents like the one which sparked the removal of such threads could be avoided.

 

I'd suggest having a OMM hold any bounties when someone sets a bounty so that people actually get payed. Also set a standard fee for the OMM so that they get paid for holding the funds.

 

No support. just seems to malicious

 

Support. As long as proper boundaries are set then I see it perfectly okay to keep around.

 

No support. There is too much unessecary emulation between sythe members.

 

Support as well. Eventhough people might see it as bringing up the worst in people and creating drama, I think its just fun seeing those kind of threads.

 

No support bounties are just stupid. Even with specific rules to support them i see too many issues with them and would prefer that we don't have them on site. Don't see why there's a need for bounties its literally a dumb idea.

I doubt many OMM would be willing to hold a large amount of gold or even BTC for long periods off time. Btc maybe but only if you agree to a certain amount of BTC not $ as the price can change at any moment.

Also @Sneaky Fish5 if your going to make a suggestion at least think off some rules first. Even if its one or two so people get an idea for it instead of just creating a thread where other people have to do the hard work (No hate or anything just how i feel)

 

Ty for the feedback sir, I thought it might be better to let people discuss the rules instead of me putting some up and then no one likes em, get no support, etc. But I see where you are coming from so next time I make a suggestion like this I won't rush through it .

 

No Support! We don't need this on sythe.org, causes to much hate and drama between users etc.

 

What exactly is a bounty here

 

We allowed them until people started being fuckups so now they're gone
