Lol I just played Taric with Sivir, maxing my W and Sivir maxing her Q.

Level 5 engage on Draven: Taric Stun > AA > Shatter > AA > heal > AA; meanwhile Sivir throws out 1 Q poke towards the end of the engage.

Draven ded with the return of her Q. 100% to 0% in one combo.

Mejais is fine if you're ahead/know you are going to dominate and get ahead. I personally don't favour it, but yeah.

Karma should be up as a top tier support aswell. Edward and Xpecial stated she's on par with Taric, but unlike him, her kit won't be changed in the future (we hope).

I prefer Leona or Nami because of their CC in ranked is a good way to zone the enemy and keep / save both teams from engaging each other at times.

this comes from a serious support player and I've to say that thresh is by far the strongest support right now, doesnt matter how you build him. I tend to build as a adc if I stomp the lane early, and my god.. the damage output on the passive on E is amazing if you run CDR+Attack speed runes.

Have you considered Karma? She is a threat when played correctly with 9/0/21 masteries.

As a 3v3 player, I love the Karma. However, without being a little ahead in gold I have found she does little in the mid-game, compared to the hardcore CC tanks like Thresh and Leona. Even without gold, a 2 second Leona ult is still a 2 second Leona ult.

the added gold to bottom lane has increased tank supports more so than it has increased carry supports

Thoughts?

I counter that with the fact you can take Relic Shield as a ranged champion and just last hit for gold.
