2Pac no doubt is the best rapper. Like I have previously stated, his raps revolved around racism, poverty, and other issues the world faces. Not about getting laid, high or wasted.

Eminem has lots of emotion in his songs . Sometimes it gives me the chills listening to some of his stuff .

& Jay-Z is DECENT . No way near the top . & Kanye is almost as shitty as Wayne .
Also, why the FUCK is Tech N9ne on list ? He's okay, but "raps" about shit that doesn't matter . Like fucking killing babies . WTF .
