Twista - He is an EXTREMLY talented rapper

I can't think of anyone else werthy of that rank but i'd also like to add that Tupac is by, far the best rapper out there.

I'd also expect Joey Jihad to be getting big, he's got some real talent.

Depends. I would say eminem, but only his underground shit is good. and his first two albums. I would say eminem is the best if you ONLY count his first 3 albums(including infinity). But i say nas is about tied with him.

If your talking non stop influential tracks without fail and amazing lyrical content that never fails to deliver on every album. -Immortal technique.
