I haven't done anything yet... if I do tell her it has to be in a moment where I'm either too drunk to care what I'm saying or at a perfect moment... I just have to feel that it's right.

I suggest you stay friends for now, if you know for a solid fact she has no intimate interest in you there's no point pressuring her into it, don't lose her as a friend, and maybe as time progresses you guys can take the next step forward, but let her decided when.

I cannot emphasize this enough; if she is a true friend it won't affect your relationship with her permanently even if you get rejected.

Sure, it might be awkward for a couple of days, maybe a week or two, but if you don't even get as far as kissing (which you won't, if she rejects you), it will be just something you'll be able to joke about in a matter of days. You have absolutely NOTHING to lose.

Edit: And don't do it while you're drunk, it doesn't count and the next time you'll ask her you'll lose the spontaneousness of "legitly" asking her out. Keep it together
