Banned unfairly

We didn't even trade. For some reason my unverified paypal was showing up some crazy fees, I presumed because he was using business Paypal and it was £220 so refused to pay them, I had cards listed but he didn't buy them because we hadn't even sorted out the fees. we didn't trade!

I agreed to his 'three trades' if he paid fees, but it wasn't giving me the option with gift so I gave up. (If I was doing this wrong it's my bad, i'm new to paypal)

I wen't for a cig, come back to his bullshit about him reporting me and he deletes me before I can reply. Where on that report does the trade even take place warranting a ban? jees.
