Unfairly Banned

Hello,

My report of why I was banned is below:

I was unfairly banned because when I logged on Apith says he banned me for reselling an account I didnt pay for. But all the proof he has is me posting on a range tank say "Pm Me". I was not trying to sell the account that the report is about. I was selling my other range tank. Apith cannot simply assume because I post on a thread saying "PM Me" that I am selling that account by bigred99.

Bigred99 is trying to report me for "Scamming" him when all I did was ask for a recovery test. After the recovery test failed, I offered to refund the account and he kept refusing saying that he doesn't want the account back because I have the details. I was not going to pay him for an account that he didn't provide me the proper details on.

Then I offered to give him RS gold to maybe work out a deal and he kept being stubborn:




He even said in his original report to Apith he didn't want his account back so as a buyer what can I do, I am not paying him for an account without details and he isn't accepting it back so I don't know why I am banned.

Apith states the reason as "reselling" the account because I posted on a thread saying "PM Me" when I was selling my other range tank which I can provide screenshots if needed.

Please unban me, this isn't fair.
