Report/post/reason that got you banned: Guy was upset I refused to give him GP with 0 vouches and didn't do as i asked him to do so he filed a scam report even tho he was at no loss.
Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I offered to refund him in skype log as you can see below, But he filed dispute before that.
Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Knew this guy was going to attempt to scam me so I let him wait out a bit.
Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I was selling GP 977m RS3 and a new guy with 9 vouches PM's me and wants to buy 660m With paypal. I Figured it would of been ok to trade with him if we used a MM or if he wrote a note and supplied his I.D.
In these skype logs you can clearly tell by the way he's typing he was going to scam me. I asked for MM he refused and then I told him to do a note. He acted like he didn't see the message.
He proceeded onto sending me the money with no note as I requested and asked for the location to pick the gp up. I told him I'd give him a refund which he clearly wasn't happy about because he expected to get 660m for free + his money back.
Bare in mind I had other more trusted buyers who wanted GP pming me. so I then went onto dealing with the other guy and ignored this guy, Less than 20 minutes later he has filed unauthorized payments sent on paypal as expected. The unauthorized payments where reversed instantly which would of not happened unless he was using a VPN and acting like his paypal was hijacked, This is proof his intention was to try scam me and reverse the charges or paypal would of known he was in full control of his paypal if the I.P's matched. I did nothing wrong here apart from trust my gut instinct. The guy got his money back and I sold my gp to a legit buyer.
