I was banned on my account "BobbyHankHill"
The deal was between me and compl3t3t was to give him 10 6 digits that were between 1*****-4******, I said I can't do this and he as long as 8/10 are that. I gave him 9 1-4 6 digits and 1 7***** 6 digit and he asked for a replacement I said no because the account is now useless to me after he has logged onto it. He reported me then I pm'd him about 20 times to replace him, then he disputed EVERY Transaction on paypal. http://i.imgur.com/6dAU7w5.png PROOF, I pm'd him on Chods-cheats a replacement. ( HE STILL HAS the 10 accounts + THE ONE I REPLACED)
Now with the Ash ketchum report, The deal was i give him many accounts with TF2 on them and he will find the item he wants, I RECALL SEEING THE ITEM WHEN GOING THROUGH THE ACCOUNTS. He got the item and traded it off the account then asked for a refund.
