Are there eye exercises to improve your vision/sight?

I was recently surfing the net when I came across some information, telling me that I can improve my vision/eyesight with just natural eye exercises. I'm thinking this is bullshit, but just to makesure, are there really any actual eye exercises that can heal your eyesight?

I came across a few websites such as

www.rebuildyourvision.com

and

www.perfect-eyes.com

They claim that if you do their exercises atleast 15-30 minutes a day, your vision will gradually get better. I mean, they even said you won't have the need to wear glasses or contact lens anymore!

I would love to invest in this, however, I think it's just a scam.

Has anybody tried any of this stuff before? I like rebuildyourvision's program, but I don't really wanna spend $95+ on something that may be untrue.

Whats your thought on this?

 

My thought? Glasses.

 

You can't really improve your eyesight once it gets worse unless laser surgery or something I think. But if you eat tons of carrots and stuff it will keep it the way it is. I eat like chicken noodle every day and that crap has lots of vitamin A so my vision has remained good for years.

 

well my brother had to do this. one of his eyes was a lazy eye or something. after about 1 and half years he didnt need glasses? idk if it was the exercises or what.

 

Did you not read my thread? I was asking if there ARE certain eye exercises to naturally improve your vision.

Either you didn't read my thread, or you just wanted to get a +1 post count. I wasn't asking about glasses.

I thought the only way to correct you're vision was lasik surgery. I don't see why any exercises would heal you're eye, and if there was, why wouldn't you're eye doctor tell you about it?

Lol, how could you just think of that? If that would be true, there would be no more glasses and stuff. Belive me, it's 100% scam, especially if its in the computer: I mean, the PC gets your vision worse, how could you think it is going to improve it?

 

There are certain exercises that do improve your vision, but the results aren't as dramatic as this website claims. I've discussed some of the options with my optometrist, but it was never in depth. He told me the improvemtns took up to a year and half for only a few diatoms or whatever they use to measure eyesight lol

 

The PC doesn't worsen your eyesight, only if you get eye strain from playing games for too long but if you play FPS for 1 or 2 hours your eyesight actually improves.

 

i heard that if you look at a certain it helps heal your vision... i cant remember what color it was though

Yeah, carrots I heard keep your eyes healthy. And of course, stay away from electronics once in awhile.
