can you actually prove that smoking tobacco/weed affects vision? I am trying to figure out if my eyes are getting worse from that or too much computer... You might also want to add that people with iPhones should limit its use because iPhones make you look at the screen very closely which causes nearsightedness.

Nice guide, although I don't know if all of the stuff improves eyesight. The Bates method right? The stuff about Vitamin A, and preventing eye strain are healthy habits.

 

I doubt this really improves eye sight.
