Sounds reasonable, and like something that should be added. Considering sometimes there is alot of replies, and lots of cases added.

 

It's usually obvious from the thread's post count and locked/unlocked status whether it's being dealt with but sure, makes sense to me

 

Down with it because it’ll keep the people involved informed in what’s going on.

I’ve been seeing a lot of nonsense comments on RAS threads lately with people annoyed do to decisions coming “late”. Some people don’t get its a process.

 

I support this as this would improve the ergonomics of that section.

 

For pardons it’s basically done by choice of the staff member handling it (eg. I never used the thumbs down icon etc). Same would go for scam reports. If staff is down to do it then so be it, but no need to be written/enforced anywhere.

 

I think this is a good idea and more eye appealing

 

Also in support of this. Just easy QoL addition IMO

For reference from our pardon icons it usually goes as following:
= valid
= invalid
= waiting to hear back
= debt involved

It won't be mandatory for staff to do it, but if they'd like to do it they're more than welcome to.
