Why do you want to join the team?
I want to get more involved with Sythe & it's community. Seems like a fun job

What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?
Can't say much, I could always help around with giving my feedback for new social events, plus helping to create them. I have large reputation and know a bunch of people here at Sythe so I could always get community involved.

How often are you on Sythe each week?
5 hours minimum daily, so like 35-40 hours a week.

Do you have anything to add?

I know I don't have much to offer, but I can pick up things fast and add to the team as we go. I know i'll learn loads if I were to experience being a part of the team

 

I gave you feedback. You obviously don't want to hear it. Learn to help yourself because people aren't going to do things for you.

 

Why do you want to join the team? I have been a member of this site for a long time. I really would like to become more active in the community and I believe that I can better the community as well by being on the team.

What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?

I have different thinking than most people. I believe being different adds quality to a team if everyone is thinking the same way you don't get variety and creativity with these things are key.

How often are you on Sythe each week?

At least once a day.

Why do you want to join the team?

I want to contribute more to Sythe.org than just donations. I've noticed that only the donors seem to be active in the community, I'd love to change that and help build a more welcoming forum to the world. If I'm allowed to be a part of the CDT I'll strive to make each sythe member feel like family, not just another name. I have tons of ideas on how to bring in new members and to promote stability within our population. I'd love to be able to implement some of them.

What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?

I'm a natural born leader and people person. I'm not afraid to speak to anyone regardless of the topic. Before I'm a syther, I'm an Eagle Scout and United States Air Force member. If allowed to be part of the team, I will bring the passion I place into my daily life along with me. Whatever I start will not be finished until it's perfect. I'll hopefully make many friends with like-minded people who want to bring this forum up in its reputation and standing. More importantly, I will do everything in my power to promote honesty within our sythe family so that we all can enjoy a safer environment.

How often are you on Sythe each week?

I'm on here every day. I love the community, especially the fitness forum, and I would appreciate being given a chance to be more than just a name who frequently posts on topics.

Do you have anything to add?

If given this opportunity, as stated above, I'd want to try and discuss with some of you my ideas on how we could possibly revive our community and bring in new members. I value everyone's opinion in situations, especially when we comes to having new members join this website.

In regard to what you said:

I will check out what the UE did in terms of recruitment and see if its a viable solution.

I wasn't around when UE was a thing, and I'm not going to read through every thread, post, and piece of feedback. Again, if you have any specific suggestions I'd be happy to address them, preferably not on a recruitment thread.

1. Why do you want to join the team?

Answer: I think joining a community development team is fun work to do, I would like to serve the community according to it's enviroment going on.

2. What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?

Answer: I am a basically a no-lifer who is online 24-hours that'd be a huge advantage to the community because there will be someone who is almost 24/7 Online and ready to help people at any circumstance. I am also an IT Expert Guy, That will also help maybe.

Why do you want to join the team?
I want to be more involved in the community and think I would be a great asset to the team. I like working on new concepts especially when you do this with a team.

What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?
I curently study Digital Media & Communications. A big part of what I do is work for companies who need to start a campagne, change the way of work in their company, start new innovations within the company or just raise their popularity. This always requires to think out-of-the-box, because you'd have to be original for something to catch on.

How often are you on Sythe each week?
Everyday got it open in a tab and refresh page whenever I think of it.

Do you have anything to add?
I am always trying to think of new concepts (mostly for products, apps or websites to launch) and giving constructive critisme is an important thing I learn in college.

I'm incline do agree with SuF this is application process is going to come down to who likes who totally biased, the UE process was much better totally depended on how dedicated the user was.
