Why do you want to join the team?

Well I want to be apart of the team because of my passion for the growth of sythe. I really enjoy seeing competitions going and members of our site winning them and the joy of them having ranks and everyone bonding together it really makes the forum like home. I also feel i will be a viable source to the team because of my willingness and outgoingness. I feel like i really want to be apart of this team because it will finally give me a change to be that part of the community to help out other and voice the opinions of other through taking in there suggestions for the community and actually being able to talk them over with other members and staff that want to see out community grow through games and bonding.

What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?

Well I have basic qualities like thinking out side of the box, I am a very expressive person. I have learned how to communicate and help people through listening. I also have experience with most online games things like checker, spades, check team games all of those things.

How often are you on Sythe each week?

Im on sythe about 30 hours a week if im not doing anything them im just sitting on the site looking around chatting with people trying to help out in any way possible.

Do you have anything to add?

Well since I have been on this site I have been looking for ways just to help out. Once I figured out there was a DeV team I immediately asked about it. I really would love to be apart of this team. I have compassion for everything I do and would love to help alot of people out with my thought and really just to give back to a forum that has helped me out a lot. Really would love the opportunity to be apart of the team I wouldn't let sythe down. I would work hard and try to satisfy members in all ways possible if given the chance.

Why do you want to join the team?

I have been on Sythe.org for a while now and I feel that I want to help the forum in some way, and this is in my opinion a perfect way.

Also, you get to learn new people, I like to talk and get new friends.

What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?

On my last school, we worked a lot in groups. In many projects, you were going to work with maybe 3-4 people. It's really nice actually. You learn new people and you get to know the people you already know even better.

I am working on a small café were cooperation is really important.

I am a very nice person and I am easy to talk with. People like me for being me and I am proud to be me.

I am also very creative. In my last school, we made a movie, and I came up with some very great ideas.

I like to design things, especially rooms, but you can design even threads on forums. I've "designed" my computer desktop, my room, some threads and other things. Design is important.

How often are you on Sythe each week?

I try to visit Sythe every day.

Do you have anything to add?

In fact I do. And it's a thing that you have heard many times before, but, I want to say it again. Sythe's Community Development Team has done a very great job!

Why do you want to join the team?
I have been on the site for about 2 years now and love the progress it has made in that amount of time. I would like to see it continue to progress and would like to assist with it however I could.


What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?
I have a basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and very minor PHP coding. I occasionally do my own aesthetic designs, including balancing colours and graphic design. I try to maintain a level of professionalism no matter where I am, but occasionally have to throw in jokes. I also notice (and would not mind editing) some minor errors in headers and posts...

How often are you on Sythe each week?
A minimum of 21hrs a week. If not more.

Do you have anything to add?
I have been searching for more to add to the community within the past couple of weeks (ie: New miniranks [that might be easier to implement now that MM is up]). I (try to) help in the technology section of our forums, as well as other sections where I feel I can actually help people. I sort of avoid the RS section as I do not trade in there or buy/sell.

Well I see that these applications are open to all, and seeing how I'd like to see this community develop, I'll give it a shot . I'd like to add that, I realize I'm new, but that just means I can help develop the community in a more abstract way.

Why do you want to join the team?
I would like to join the team to make Sythe a better place for all, not just an online black-market site, but a home for all it's members

What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?
I think outside the box, I'm not afraid to give my opinion, I can give constructive criticism to all, and I see all members of the community as equal to one another .

How often are you on Sythe each week?
I have no life, I can dedicate as much time to Sythe as needed.

Err... Not much else to say, aside from the fact that I'm easy to get along with, I will not stand for injustice and I am secretly a Mudkip in real life .

I have always wanted to become a bigger part of the Sythe Community. I see this as a way to use my time in a positive way, while helping a community I love.

What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?
I am extremely creative and love taking risks. I also have a pretty positive attitude towards helping others with projects/ideas.

How often are you on Sythe each week?
7 days a week. 4-5 hours a day.. Sometimes more..

Do you have anything to add?
I hope that the Development Team realizes the skills I have to bring to the table. I wish a vouch for myself was more powerful, but since it isnt, have a look around the forum and see for yourself what I could contribute to the team.

Always had interest on helping organize community events and get more involved with the community.

- What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?
I'm a very optimistic person, I always try to focus on the present and plan my future.
I know and have experience about organizing events.
I'm young and a creative person, always aiming on projects and events for my clan and most of the times my event succeeds.
I'm a friendly person who tries to get along with everyone and always avoiding to have a fight, ruining my reputation would be the last thing I would ever do.

- How often are you on Sythe each week?
I try to be on 1 or 2 hours per day, but when I'm on I spend more time in the market/off-topic/town hall.

Not really, just about to enter high school with scholarship and with the hope of expanding my knowledge.

Why do you want to join the team?
I would like to enhance my experience on Sythe outside of the marketplace. I am not one to post in many sections as I don't really relate to the topics given.Though I do really enjoy this community and feel that I could and can do more to help out. With this opportunity, I believe that I could break out of my market isolation and assist in the best way I can.

What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?
- I could say many of the repetitive things that other members have already stated. I feel that my timely manner and the hoops I go through to ensure everyone's satisfaction speaks for itself. I am willing to do what I must and I am willing to go "there" to get the job done.

How often are you on Sythe each week?
I average about 2-3 hours a day depending on my hours at work. Willing to put in more time if needed since more will have to be done then simply "lurking".

Do you have anything to add?
Not at this time. I tend to be a more reserved member of Sythe so many of you may not know me. I hope to change this in the very near future. Thank you mods for all of your hard work! I and many others appreciate this opportunity!

Why do you want to join the team?
I would love to join the team because i'd like to see sythe more active, and more stuff to do for the people who frequently visit us. It'd be nice to bring the community together more, and to give new members some pleasent experiences (Seeing most new members are scammed within their first week and feel like leaving).
What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?
I am a very hardworking, driven individual. I work well on my own initiative, but work well with others. I feel I can bring many fresh ideas to the table, and perhaps expand/shed new light on other ideas.
How often are you on Sythe each week?
I am on sythe mostly all day everyday. Except when I am working, when i'm working I am online on my phone during breaks (1 & a half hours per full day in work).
Do you have anything to add?
Only the fact that I am starting to get more known around the community and I see Sythe as a second home, infact, I'm at sythe more than I am actually at home.
I have a great connection with Sythe, since joining there have been many ups and downs, and i'd like to create more 'ups' for other people and myself.

This requires a rather lengthy explanation of my stay on Sythe. I joined the site in 2007 with the intention of joining a blackmarket community. This has largely remained my motive throughout the years and I have since learned a lot about business and dealing with people through my endeavours. Frankly, I haven't really been an active community participant; most of my activity stems from the market section. Due to personal reasons I recently became inactive on another community forum, which was where I spent a considerable amount of time as an active member, even getting to know the staff on a personal level. That void now needs filling, and I am keen on including myself in the Sythe community. I feel that by joining the team I could contribute positively to it by applying my knowledge and skills in an area that can truly make a difference - i.e. in being a part of the team.

---- What skills and qualities can you bring to the team?
I like to think of myself as very versatile, creative, friendly, helpful and decicated. When I set my mind to something, nothing and nobody stops me. I do my best to help others when I feel they need to be helped and I have good judgement. These qualities make me a resourceful person who can get things done. I have experience with organising community events and managing them and am willing to give my unreserved input and advice where it is needed. I think I would be a good addition to a team of like-minded individuals.

I am active on a daily basis, if only to refresh my account sales. Frequently you will find me lurking around threads - I do a lot of reading - and sometimes I'll add in a word or two of my own.
