Any Payment Methods Un-scammable?

PayPal can be charged back, so what I mean is their any other payment method you can use to not get scammed this way (charge-backs etc)?
I.e Western Union or another type of payment. I want to know because I planned on selling an account for USD but then found out people can charge-back which put me off selling for USD and decided RSGP would be best.
