Questions about western union

I have a few questions regarding payment through western union. Normally I would use paypal however all this talk about charge backs has me worried about their service.

1. How do you document/show proof that the other party failed to send payment?

2.Is there a limit on how much can be received in one payment or is this dependent on the location?
