I'm all for black markets, buying, selling, MMs, and getting along.
But, when it comes to charge-backs for virtual good sales, how does a seller stay protected?
It seems as if in 99% of all cases, buyers of virtual goods can always win because the seller can never give any proof of the sale (paypal staff don't understand runescape trade pictures/videos
)
So, how do you sellers who sell things and receive payment though paypal protect yourselves from getting charged back?
